How to Sponsor

You can Sponsor the Prop. 65 Annual Conference by choosing one of the four Sponsorship Levels that we offer. Deadline to sign up to be a sponsor is Friday, September 4, 2020.

Note: Sponsoring the event does not guarantee a speaking role. Any speakers from your organization will not count towards your free guests.

No, the vFairs team will create the booth for sponsors - once their participation level is confirmed. Sponsors will be provided with a range of booth templates that they can choose from, depending on their sponsorship level. Once they select a booth template and provide the booth details; all of that information will be uploaded by our team on the virtual site.
Each booth includes the following items:
  • Company profile
  • Contact information
  • Link to the sponsor’s website
  • Social Media networking
  • Upload docs and presentations
Sponsors are responsible for providing content by emailing all the information that they wish to have included within their booth to vFairs. This includes videos, photos, links, copy -- files and resources that can be downloaded by their booth visitors. vFairs will then set these items up in the booths for you.
A sponsor has the option to have a representative at their booth for the duration of the event or they can check on their booth at anytime. Each sponsor will be assigned an admin account after registering to which they can login and check their account.
vFairs’ intuitive instant messaging system allows exhibitors and visitors to interact with each other via text and audio chat. The functionality allows both one-on-one and group conversations, thus allowing for meaningful discussions.

If you have been a Supporting Sponsor in the past or believe you qualify for this level, please contact Wendy at Wendy@prop65ch.com to sponsor. As a Supporting Sponsor of the Conference you can extend the Association Registration Rate to your members. That is a savings of $350. If your members register on or before Friday, July 31, the end of the Early Bird discount, the registration fee is only $300 to attend the event.

Because we feel it is important to have associations and their members sponsor and attend our event, the Supporting Sponsorship is offered at no cost and we also offer you up to 5 free guest passes. In addition to guest passes, as a Supporting Sponsor your name will also appear in our Conference program and marketing materials, signage, and on the event landing page.
